This handout contains a summary of my favorite foundational resources (usually books), which have been the most helpful and transformative in my own business and personal development journey and which I routinely recommend to clients and mentees. To view the handout: CLICK HERE.
My favorite analogy for mindset mastery is turning an abandoned lot that’s choked with weeds and debris into a beautiful garden. This handout maps the basic building blocks to the primary mindset practices and "keys" that they help develop. To view the handout: CLICK HERE.
Creating what we want to do, be, and have in our lives is a fairly simple process once we know what to do. This worksheet provides a summary and resources to do a deeper dive: CLICK HERE.
Mindfulness is a cornerstone of mindset mastery and a powerful tool for finding and maintaining peace of mind. Developing a meditative practice is how we achieve mindfulness, which doesn't have to be complicated. This handout provides a script for a simple mediation you can do on your own as well as a guided meditation that I recorded using the same script: CLICK HERE.
Journaling is a practice that I often recommend for brainstorming, exploring your thoughts, and as an alternative or supplement to speaking for various mindset practices, including affirmations and gratitudes. The product that I currently favor for journaling is a simple and affordable spiral-bound notebook that's available on Amazon: https://a.co/d/2jgUUZy .
Lately I've been favoring a simple meditation that requires nothing but a quiet place to sit, but I used the Headspace app for several years and think it's great for beginners. It provides guided meditations, tranings, and allows you to set the amount of time to whatever you prefer (1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc.): https://www.headspace.com/.
