Simple Meditation

Mindfulness is a cornerstone of mindset mastery and a powerful tool for finding and maintaining peace of mind. Developing a meditative practice is how we achieve mindfulness, which doesn't have to be complicated. Journals

Journaling is a practice that I often recommend for brainstorming, exploring your thoughts, and as an alternative or supplement to speaking for various mindset practices, including affirmations and gratitudes. Headspace

Lately I've been favoring a simple meditation that requires nothing but a quiet place to sit, but I used the Headspace app for several years and think it's great for beginners. It provides guided meditations, tranings, and allows you to set the amount of time to whatever you prefer (1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc.): https://www.headspace.com/.
