Your time is valuable and so is mine, which is why I ask prospective clients to make a non-refundable deposit and answer questions designed to help us make the best use of our time together when they book a call with me.

As a Success Mindset Coach, I provide group mentoring, private coaching, and custom packages to private clients who are ready to do The Work and prepared to make a significant investment of time, energy, and money in their business and personal development. To explore the possibility of working with me, please use my  ESP Coaching Assessment to complete the following simple steps:

• STEP 1: Submit payment of a Non-Refundable Deposit in the amount of $475  (equivalent to one billable hour for most litigators with a specialized niche). In the event that you ultimately enroll in one of my programs, the deposit will be applied as a discount toward the enrollment fee.

• STEP 2:  Book a one-hour Discovery Consultation at a time when you can minimize distractions and focus on the call. We will explore your purpose in investing in yourself or your business through coaching, how committed you are to your success, and whether it makes sense to go forward with me at this time. If it does, then I will recommend a coaching or mentoring package. If it doesn't, then I may make an alternative recommendation, which sometimes includes DIY resources.

• STEP 3: Complete an assessment that will help us make the best use of our time together.

A Discovery Consultation is the first step in my Ethical Sales Process, which is designed to be transparent and consensual. It is about helping you get to a clear yes or a clear no and is valuable to most people who want to make a significant change, whether or not they ultimately engage my services.
